Return Policy:

Fur is not a returnable item. Full Pelt Fur headbands, collars, wraps and real fur mountie/trapper hats are made to adjust to the average size. The standard size is 22 inches for a woman. Our headbands have velcro closures for a complete fit. If the woman requires a smaller headband than 20 inches, please indicate the difference in inches. If the woman requires a larger size than 22 inches, please indicate the difference in inches. When requesting a real fur mountie/trapper hat, the customer must measure the head size. This is done around from the largest part of the back of the head to the forehead and just above the ears. Shipping Policy:

FREE SHIPPING within Canada, United States and anywhere in the world. We ship using Canada Post. Canada Post delivers any where in the world. Free shipping to nearest point of delivery of all items to our customers. Please allow 2 - 4 weeks for delivery any where in North America and 4 - 6 weeks outside of Canada and the United States. Any out-of-stock items will be backordered and shipped immediately upon receipt to our warehouse. Any damage must be taken care of by the customer. We are unable to handle claims to Canada Post or the trucking company on the customer's behalf. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will delay the delivery time. Holiday season, large orders, out-of-stock, backorders, and custom items may take longer. Some items may even be out of stock for 4 - 6 weeks. Warranty Policy:

BurrrFurrr.com is not responsible for misuse, abuse, mistreatment or normal wear and tear of the purchased product. Damaged items must be reported within 21 days of receipt. Taxes:

BurrrFurrr.com does not charge taxes outside of Ontario, Canada. Customers inside of Ontario, Canada do not pay taxes either. BurrrFurrr.com absorbs the P.S.T. and the G.S.T. for their customers. Any additonal taxes or charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Cancellations:

Since we attempt to ship our orders within 24 hours, Cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed.
